Mark has been involved in all aspects of design and consultation including, Client Contact, Preliminary Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Cost Estimating, Project Planning, Specifications, Construction Observation and Contract Administration, and State Agency Coordination for Projects Ranging from Residential to Schools and Hospitals.  Mark has extensive experience in projects in Southern California, especially San Diego County, and in Northern California with projects reaching into Southern Oregon.
